Aldi launches a range of cocktail flavoured cheese – including Piña Colada

I'm on board

I like pineapple on pizza. Sorry. I do. And by the same token I've already decided I like Aldi's latest idea, Piña Colada-flavoured cheese. In fact, the well-known supermarket chain is launching a whole range of booze-flavoured cheeses as part of their 'Aldi's Emporium' line of products.

From August 25, you can visit your local Aldi and find a Piña Colada Wensleydale, blended with diced pineapples, coconut and peaches to give it an exotic and fresh flavour; Espresso Martini Wensleydale, with chocolate-coated coffee beans, and my personal favourite: Peach Bellini Wensleydale, made with diced peaches, peach jam and infused with “fruity Prosecco” flavours.

The bad news (or good news, depending on your point of view) is the cheese does not contain any actual alcohol.

  • I am skeptical about these flavored 🧀. Probably they taste like smoothies, which is not bad 🤔
