Ever since I abandoned the Idea to try out every Hard Seltzer I came across, I have become a much happier Person. I just was not sable to find a really good Version. Now that I am trying Ciders, that is actually much easier.

Now I have to say that Bembel with Care, or BWC is actually a Apfelwein or Äppelwoi. But they are made from Apple, and the Cans say 'German Cider', I am just going to include them in this here Series.

Apfelweinschorle.

Apfelweinschorle.

When I finally found a relatively sizeable Cider Shelve at a local Supermarket, I had only visited to find me some Bembel in the first Place, I was able to source three Flavours of the good Stuff. I also found several other Ciders, but those are Material for another Day.

The first Version I had actually tried was the BWC Apfelweinschorle. And it was easily the worst of the Bunch. It was, in my Opinion, super Watery and did not have much Flavour at all.

Because of that, I then actually made some Bembel Dew from it by mixing the Cider with some Mountain Dew I still had left over. That Version actually did taste kinda nice.

Bember with Cola

Bember with Cola

Bember with Cola on the other hand was pretty good right rom the get go. I had anticipated it to be the worst Flavour, because I could not really Imagine that. Apparently, I had been completely wrong about that.

The Cola Taste was there, but also not overly pronounced. It also tasted like Äppelwoi. And that Flavour was much more pronounced than it was in the Schorle.

I would probably buy this Version again.

Some BWC Gold.

Some BWC Gold.

The last Can of BWC I had bought, and that was available, had been Apfelwein Gold. Because I had figured it might be the best Version of the Bunch, I had actually waited it out to the very End.

BWC Gold rewarded me with a real nice Apple Flavour while still not being all to harsh about it. While I usually like that Harshness from a good Cider, I was pleasantly surprised by the more complex Profile of this Apfelwein.

It was the best Version I had come across so Far. I will definitely try and find some more German 'Ciders' to try along those from all around the World. It might just be fun.

All the Cans.

All the Cans.

For all of ou who are wondering about the Brand Name: A Bembel is actually an old German Vessel for Äppelwoi, and it is actually in the BWC Logo.

And since these were not the only Ciders I bought, there are just a few more Posts, or maybe just one, down the Pipeline for now.
